
My Story

My name is Kim and I am the founder of The Concierge Room, and at heart, I am someone who finds calm in creating structure and meaningful experiences. I graduated from Les Roches, one of the world's leading hospitality management schools, where I developed a deep understanding of service, attention to detail, and what truly makes people feel taken care of.
Since then, I've had the opportunity to live and work in several parts of the world - including Waterloo, Stockholm, Marbella, Crans-Montana, London, Cape-Town and Moolooloba - experiences that have shaped both how I work and how I see peoples needs. Living internationally has given me a natural ease in adapting to different cultures, expectations and environments. It has also reinforced the importance of discretion, clear communication and thoughtful planning - especially when things matter.
My way of working is structured but personal. I'm detail-oriented, solution focused and calm under pressure and I take pride in being someone clients can rely on fully. I enjoy working behind the scenes, anticipating whats needed and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Today I'm based in Gothenburg but I support clients both locally and internationally across events, personal projects and travel. What matters most to me is creating trust, clarity and ease, so my clients can stay present and enjoy the experience.
